Subject: Summer sublease available

Hi everyone!

I am looking for someone to sublease my room for the summer(mid to late June to the end of August).

It is located at University Village Towers, the apartment complex right next to the UV. So it is within walking distance to UCR, and also close to stater bros.

I am subleasing a private bedroom and private bathroom within a 2b2b unit for $1090 + insurance. The utilities are included, and insurance is usually around $10-15. The room come furnished, so you don't have to bring any furniture!

June rent will be covered! Willing to work with you for the rent pricing.
