Hi all,

There are several rooms available at a four-bedroom house on Massachusetts
Ave near campus, which you'd be sharing with a graduate student in
philosophy and some other graduate students., either in philosophy or other
departments The new lease begins on July 1st.

*Rent*: $520.00 per person per month.

*Utilities*: roughly $100/month or less.

*Rooms*: The rooms available are roughly 100-120 sq. feet, and include
closet space, ceiling fans, and decent-sized windows.

*Bathrooms*: There are two full bathrooms, so you would only be sharing a
bathroom with one other person.

*Other Amenities: *Except for the rooms, the house is otherwise furnished.
There is a large kitchen with significant counter space, a dining area,
central air and heating, a nice-sized backyard, several fruit trees on the
property, a garage with some storage space, and a washing machine and
dryer. There is also a large driveway with space for 2-3 cars.

The house is on a quiet, safe street with ample street parking about 1.5
miles from campus, so you can walk over in about 15-25 min (depending on
what part of campus you're heading to), bike in under 10 min, and drive in
even less than that. It's a 5-minute walk from several bus stops, from a
number of hiking trails in the Box Spring Mountains, and near a plaza with
Boba Tea House, an Indian grocery, a pharmacy, and a few other places.
There's also a park nearby, and the house is a short walk, drive, or bike
ride from Stater Bros and Goodwin's.

You can contact Akshay Ganesh at akshayganesh at email.ucr.edu or me (Jordon
Martin) if you're interested.

best,
