<div class="ContentPasted0">even less than that. It's a 5-minute walk from several bus stops, from a</div>

<div class="ContentPasted0">number of hiking trails in the Box Spring Mountains, and near a plaza with</div>

<div class="ContentPasted0">Boba Tea House, an Indian grocery, a pharmacy, and a few other places.</div>

<div class="ContentPasted0">There's also a park nearby, and the house is a short walk, drive, or bike</div>

<div class="ContentPasted0">ride from Stater Bros and Goodwin's.</div>
