Hi all,


Please circulate to other interested graduate students.


A master bedroom (and private bath) is now open for $880 a month (not including utilities:  $100).  The house is located on West Blaine St. and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood near campus (about a 20-25 minute walk).  The house is fully furnished in the common areas and has its own laundry in the garage.


The current housemates include a female EEOB student and two female psychology Ph.D students. We are looking for a UCR graduate student to fill the room as soon as August 1st, with lease signing on July  1.
