Hello,

I am a third year PhD student in Plant Biology looking for a fourth roommate. Our house is off campus located approximately 5 minutes (driving), 30 minutes (walking) off of canyon crest.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, 2 living rooms, sun room, and pool. Currently living in the house are 1 couple (male, female) and 1 single (male). We are looking for a respectful, easy-going, kind, and moderately clean person (irrespective of gender). Rent is $600 a month with utilities ranging from $70-120 a month.
