Dear All,

Two rooms available in a 4 bed, 2 bath house near campus!
One available immediately, through August 31 with opportunity for renewal.
One additional room available September 1 (with some flexibility for move in if necessary).
Rent is $500/Month plus utilities; drops to $470 Sep. 1 contingent on renewing the lease by July 1. We are hoping to find 2 new roommates by that date.

Three bedrooms (including both available) share one bathroom. House has two refrigerators, laundry, a nice yard and patio. Storage space and home gym in the garage. Flat, easy bike ride to campus.

Current occupants are all CNAS PhD students, two men, one woman, and a small dog. Pets are allowed, but no cats due to allergies. Open to all genders/ LGBT+ friendly.
