Hi everyone,

We have rooms available for immediate move-in. Its a 4bed/2bath house 1.5 miles from campus, in the neighborhood south-east of campus.  Our ideal roommate would be relatively quiet, as we will all be working at home during the pandemic. Rent would be $600/month.

Our landlord has been very responsive with the maintenance needs. We are responsible for utilities and gas, in the range of $60 to $75/mo. per person. No pets please.
