Room available in 4 bedroom house, within a 5 minute drive from UCR campus:

- 1 bedroom available with a shared bathroom
- two fridges shared between four housemates
- communal cookware, utensils, appliances
- small dog already living on the premises
- backyard with patio and garden
- Rent: $500/month + utilities

House is shared between PhD students (all from UCR, men and women)

Seeking roommate to take over one tenant in the lease, which expires August 2021. Move-in time flexible.
