Subject: Looking for a room to lease

Hello,

My name is Patricia and I am a 4th year grad student in the Microbiology program. I am looking for a room to lease with my own or a shared bathroom for no more than $750.00 a month. I am very quiet, clean, courteous, and am only in Riverside during the week as I go home on the weekends if not more.

My current lease ends 08/31 but I can place a downpayment earlier if that is necessary.
