The College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences is excited to announce the 2023 CUSP program: Career Mentoring of Underrepresented STEM Students for the Professoriate, funded by the UC-HSI Doctoral Diversity Initiative (UC-HSI DDI)<https://www.ucop.edu/graduate-studies/initiatives-outreach/uc-hsi-ddi.html>.



We are currently recruiting STEM-related faculty to provide career mentoring to underrepresented doctoral candidates who are seeking careers as professors. This is a great opportunity to support the UC mission to mentor the next generation of scientists. Past mentors had rewarding and positive experiences, and many continue in their mentoring relationships with the students.
