<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><span style="color:black">We are currently recruiting STEM-related faculty to provide career mentoring to underrepresented doctoral candidates who are seeking careers as professors. This is a great opportunity to
support the UC mission to mentor the next generation of scientists. Past mentors had rewarding and positive experiences, and many continue in their mentoring relationships with the students.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
