Hi friends:

Happy week 7! We are almost done with both the spring quarter and the
academic year and that means it is time to schedule our last AHGSA meeting
before summer! As usual, please fill out the attached when2meet
<https://www.when2meet.com/?36642872-1icO5> no later than *5pm Friday, the
15th.*

Please note that one of the main points on the agenda for this last meeting
will be nominating/designating AHGSA officers for the upcoming 2026-2027
year. As a reminder, the officer positions and their duties are listed
below.

Finally, I want to also remind everyone that *the University of California,
Riverside's Annual Art History Graduate Student Conference will be taking
place (virtually) this Saturday, the 16th, from 1-5:30pm and all
graduate students are strongly encouraged to attend.* You can find Rachel
and Xinqian's flyer attached along with the QR code for registration. I
expect to see you all there!

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns in the interim,
and all best wishes for a great end to the quarter/year,
BT
