Dear Art History Graduate Students,

It’s time to review your profiles and submit any changes you would like on
the departmental website: *https://arthistory.ucr.edu/graduate-students/

This is an opportunity to update your information (photo, thesis topic and
working title, awards, etc.). We ask that the photos be clear and
appropriate for representing yourselves as professionals and as members of
our department, therefore we request a close up, frontal photograph that
shows you facing the camera. You might choose to have your image taken in
front of sites or artworks pertaining to your research, or it may simply be
a close-up that pictures you in a neutral setting. Keep in mind that the
photographs will be rather small on the website, perhaps 2 inches square,
and we may need to crop them to fit the format.

*Please send your photograph (jpeg format) and updates by October 10th*.
Please note that the statements may be slightly edited before being posted
to the website.

If you would like to complete a *new authorization form* for the 2025-26
academic year, please complete the attached form and return to me as soon
as possible.
