review your profiles and submit any changes you would like on the departmental

opportunity to update your information (photo, thesis topic and working title,
awards, etc.). We ask that the photos be clear and appropriate for representing
yourselves as professionals and as members of our department, therefore we
request a close up, frontal photograph that shows you facing the camera.
You might choose to have your image taken in front of sites or artworks
pertaining to your research, or it may simply be a close-up that pictures you
in a neutral setting. Keep in mind that the photographs will be rather small on
the website, perhaps 2 inches square, and we may need to crop them to
fit the format.</span><span></span></p>
