[Ying-announcements] House DI is out

Hey all,

It looks like something is up with the Geo/Scilabs DI system again (like
what happened back in december), and all the DI indicator lights are red.
So until that's fixed, let's avoid using the millipore water system for
ultrapure water and rely on the big nalgene jugs. I've reached to Abraham
about it and hopefully we'll get a work-order in tomorrow.
