[Ying-announcements] Fire in Irvine

Hey all,

Sam, Mike and fam are under evacuation orders due to a fire in Santiago
Canyon blowing towards Irvine, and likely won't be able to make any
meetings today because of it. Sounds like they've already shut down 241
also. Let's hope for the best...
