[Ying-announcements] XAS library

Hey all,

If you're subscribed to the iffefit mailing list then you probably just saw
this. But it's worth passing along for those of you who aren't. Here's a
growing library of xas spectra that are searchable by element, and even
synchrotron and beamline! Forexamole, there's a bunch of Mn oxide type
spectra from SSRL 4-3 on there. Could be useful for anyone using LCF, or
just in need of a spectra for visual comparisons. The library is also being
actively curated, so you can expect updates to it.
