Given the unrest that has been happening at high ed institutions, the Faculty & Staff Employee Assistance Plan Administrator, ComPsych, and their Learning & Organizational Excellence department is hosting a webinar for all higher education faculty and staff. Please see below details about an upcoming free webinar event. The webinar will also be recorded for those unable to attend the live session.
Special Webinar Announcement:
ComPsych invites all faculty and staff to attend a special webinar on Thursday, May 9, 2024 titled How To Have Impassioned Disagreements Without Damaging Relationships. On college campuses around the country, the war in Gaza has spurred dialogue that is important but often very challenging. Many may find themselves in conversations where there is passionate disagreement, but also a desire to maintain positive relationships. This webinar is about having those conversations in ways that allow you to convey strong convictions without damaging relationships that matter to you.
