Dear Wellness Program Participants:

       I hope you are doing well. I am excited to invite you to our Faculty and Staff Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Orientation Services Workshop, presented by ComPsych. This workshop is designed to introduce you to the various services and resources available to you through ComPsych, helping you make the most of this valuable program.

Time: 12:00pm
Location: Zoom

During the workshop, you will learn about the confidential counseling services, work-life balance resources, and wellness programs offered by ComPsych. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with the host.

Whether you are looking for support with personal issues, stress management techniques, or simply want to learn more about how the ComPsych EAP program can benefit you, this workshop is a great place to start.
