Dear Wellness Program Participants!
We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Walk and Talk event with Monique Dozier, Vice Chancellor for University Advancement, overseeing Development, Alumni Engagement, University Communications, and Advancement Finance and Administration.

Monique joined UC Riverside in 2022 from Morehouse College, where she was the vice president for Advancement and chief advancement officer. During her four-year tenure, she overhauled Morehouse's fundraising, which resulted in the highest giving years in the college's history.

Prior to Morehouse College, Monique worked for 14 years at Michigan State University in advancement roles, including as assistant vice president of Advancement Information Systems and Donor Strategy and director of development and external relations in the College of Nursing. She has also held advancement roles during her 25-year career at DePaul University and Saint Mary's College in Indiana.

Monique is on the Salesforce Advancement Advisory Board and Microsoft Surface Customer Advisory Board. She was appointed as an Aspen Institute Leadership Fellow in 2011.

Monique will take you through campus, providing you with the perfect opportunity to stretch your legs and breathe in some fresh air. Along the way, you will have the chance to engage in interesting conversations with Monique, fellow participants, share your thoughts and ideas, and get to know each other better.
This event is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, so whether you are a seasoned hiker or a beginner, you are sure to have a great time.

Here are the details of the event:
Date: Wednesday, May 17, 2023
Time: 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm
Location: Scotty the Bear Statue
Duration: 30 minutes

Please share the Walk and Talk event with your colleagues. We look forward to seeing you there, thank you!
