I also wanted to make you aware of The Well's Peanut Butter & Jogging (PB&J) program.  This fun and relaxing running/walking program is offered weekly and is open to students, faculty, and staff.  As we head into cooler Fall weather, this is the perfect opportunity to come out with some friends, get your steps in, and enjoy some fresh cool air.
