[Wellnesscommunications] Meditation Handouts - Kaiser Permanente

Hello Wellness Program Participants!
    I attended the Meditation webinar hosted by Kaiser Permanente at 12pm today and found the content very informative. If you were not able to attend, attached are 3 handouts the host provided during the webinar:
1) Relaxation Skills: Tips and exercises to relax your body
2) One Moment Meditation: A meditation exercise you can perform in a minute; great exercise for individuals who have not performed meditation or hesitant to try
3) Navigating Emotions: Provides steps to help you identify your emotion and how to move forward

The attachments provide great information and activities to enhance our mental and emotional well-being. Please share the attachments with your colleagues. Thank you everyone for your support and participation!
