Re:
Walktober Challenge

We are excited to announce that the Faculty and Staff Wellness Program and The Well are hosting our first Walktober Step Challenge, and you are invited! The theme for this challenge is: Walking Through it Together. We're ready to untap the potential of two of the greatest self-care tools of all time: physical activity and community.
Steps are self-reported and participants can use the app or website for tracking physical activity. Leaderboards will be shown live on the website. When registering for Walktober, you will have the option to be sent calendar invite reminders for reporting. The Walker Tracker App syncs with many existing step tracking products.

What
Participation is easy and all activity levels are welcome. Sponsored by the Faculty and Staff Wellness Program and The Well, our UCR community has the ability to utilize the Walker Tracker subscription at no-cost. You will track your steps and/or physical activity each day throughout the challenge and report them on Walker Tracker app or website.

How
