Re:
2020 - 2021 Go! Program Prize Distribution

If you participated in the Go! Program 2020-2021 annual challenge, The Faculty and Staff Wellness Program and The Well are ready for you to safely pick up your earned prize!

If you didn't, it's time to join the 2021-2022 challenge now! GO! Is an online program where you track your physical activity by conversion of steps - like taking a class at the SRC, doing yard work or shooting pool with your friends - to earn prizes. Why set a daily activity goal? The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends 150 minutes a week of moderate-intensity exercise. Walking and tracking steps is a form of exercise that is available to most people. You don't need any special equipment or membership to a fitness center. There is no better time to walk, jog, run or participate in any activity this fall!

Come by the table and sign up to take a prize with you!
