Become a Wellness Ambassador
UCR Wellness Ambassadors are volunteers that help create a culture of whole-person wellness within the workplace by promoting participation and engagement in wellness programs, services, and events. Wellness ambassadors play a vital role in supporting the promotion of health and wellness among UCR faculty and staff. As an ambassador, you will act as a liaison between your department and the UCR Faculty and Staff Wellness Program. If you have enthusiasm and passion for wellness, join our 2021-2022 UCR Wellness Ambassador team and serve as one of UCR's key communicators of the wellness program helping to direct employees to wellness programs, activities, and resources.

UCR Wellness Ambassadors

*         Promote UCR's Faculty and Staff Wellness programs, resources and events within your department or work unit

*         Coordinate strategic wellness efforts within your department or work unit

*         Attend every-other-month Wellness Ambassador meetings

*         Serve as a liaison for the UCR's Faculty and Staff Wellness programs

*         Gain professional development and skill building in communication, facilitation and marketing

To Become a UCR Wellness Ambassador

*         Get your supervisor's approval to become a Wellness Ambassador

*         Complete the 2021-2022 online registration

*         Attend the Wellness Ambassador Orientation and first 2021/2022 general meeting in August! Details coming soon to those that register.

Current Wellness Ambassadors
Previous Ambassadors must complete the 2021-2022 registration<https://ucriverside.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9MNuEXdAEJZKyEe> to continue as a Wellness Ambassador and recommit to their voluntary role.
