Opportunity to participate in a Healthy Campus Mental Health and Wellbeing Survey
The UCR Healthy Campus Mental Health Subcommittee is inviting UCR staff, faculty and students to participate in a campus-wide Mental Health Climate Survey. The questions in this survey seek to better understand campus community members' knowledge of mental health, knowledge of campus and community mental health services, and ability to access mental health support.

The information you provide in this survey will help UCR Healthy Campus explore opportunities to:

          *         Create a more supportive mental health climate

          *         Expand and improve its mental health services and resources

          *         Effectively share information about those resources with students, staff and faculty

This survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary and your answers will remain anonymous. Please be sure to complete the survey by the survey closing date of June 25, 2021.

Participants who complete the survey can enter into a drawing to win 1 of 30, $25 Amazon e-gift cards. Participants are able to complete the survey only once.
