Healthy BINGO Challenge

August 1 - 31, 2020

The Healthy BINGO Challenge is a month long challenge that encourages you to incorporate healthy habits into your daily routine. The challenge is focused on different physical, mental and social well-being activities.



How to participate



1.  Complete the healthy activities on your BINGO card for a chance to win raffle prizes. You can: cross off, highlight, initial, etc. the completed activities.

2.  Earn a point for each horizontal, vertical or diagonal BINGO line completed.

3.  Complete a blackout (all activities) to earn 10 extra points.

4.  Submit the completed BINGO card via email to wellness.ucr.edu<https://o365ucr-my.sharepoint.com/personal/jchobdee_ucr_edu/Documents/Documents/Healthy%20Bingo/2020%20BINGO/wellness.ucr.edu> by September 1, 2020.


Visit the BINGO registration site<https://ucriverside.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6xUc0pXsTSL0gMB> to register and receive your healthy BINGO card.
