The 2021-2022 Student Affairs Annual Assessment Reports are coming up at the end of this academic year.
As part of the Student Affairs Strategic Plan, all Student Affairs departments/units with student programs/services are required to assess at least one program or service and submit a report by
June 15th, per Dr. Haynes’ request. If your department/unit has not previously submitted reports or if your department is new to Student Affairs, I will be in direct contact
with you if it is required this year.

Reports must be submitted through Qualtrics and will use a similar report template and rubric as last year. In the next week, I will send Directors and department heads an individualized link with instructions to complete the report. If
you would like your staff to submit the report on your behalf, you can forward the individualized link to them or request a separate link. If you require accessibility accommodations, contact me to arrange an alternative method to submit your department’s
report.

As always, I am available if you have any questions about your report or assessment in general. Thank you for your dedication in assessing the student experience at UCR and promoting a culture of assessment and continuous improvement in
Student Affairs.
