I hope your year is off to an enjoyable start.



Again, thank you for contributing your questions to ScottyBot as well as attending the chatbot training.



If you have not done so already, the next step is to embed the bot into your department's website.



Below are the steps to assist you.

  *   Here is the Chatbot admin website<https://admin.ocelotbot.com/> (your username is your work email address) to find the Javascript tag.
  *   Once copy the Javascript
  *    Paste the code to your website's source code before the tag.




Embedding the bot onto your website gives students 24/7 assistance with general questions about your department. This could lead to less time responding to student emails that contain simple/general questions.



After embedding the bot, we encourage your team to consider using the bot's live chat. The Live Chat<https://vimeo.com/590011295> feature of the bot gives students access to real-time 1-on-1 support/service for critical cases.
