Dear Colleagues,

Just a reminder to encourage your students to enroll in the IDEAL (Integrity, Diversity, Excellence & Accountability in Leadership) workshop on February 4, 2012 at the Bear Cave in Pentland Hills. This is our first offering to our student employees that are supervisors and or team leaders.

This course will  provide a framework for exploring how difference and diversity affect working relationships, community, and productivity. Also, participants will learn about the multitude of campus resources available to assist them in their role as a student leader and/or supervisor.

Lunch will be provided! Please see the attached flyer for enrollment information.
