[Vcsa-announcements] Network Service Disruption

Dear All,
We are experiencing a network disruption this morning that is affecting a number of VCSA technology systems. Currently, the following systems are offline:
n  VCSA web sites
n  VCSA SharePoint sites
n  VCSA web applications (MyUCR, Schedule of Classes, etc.)
n  VCSA instant messaging service (Communicator)
Technology Services has identified the source of the problem and is working to rectify this ASAP. We are very sorry for the impact this downtime is having on your operations, and will do everything we can to restore service promptly and prevent this from happening in the future.
We will send out another status update to the division by 9am, or as soon as service is restored.
