[Vcsa-announcements] Growl has a new look!

Growl got a facelift!

Starting April 30 at noon, the Growl screen will look different, but  
access to the features and how you use them will be EXACTLY the same.  
Improved side bar navigation and a new color scheme makes it easier to  
find what you're looking for.

Students will still access it directly at growl.ucr.edu or through R'web.ucr.edu
