Dear Colleagues,

 

I am pleased to announce that Vice Chancellor Sandoval will be recognizing individuals who volunteer their time to work commencement with gift cards. For each ceremony you volunteer, you will receive a $25 gift certificate, up to $75.

 

Please respond to Evelyn Starr at (951) 827-3144 if you are available for any of the ceremonies listed below. Your participation is greatly appreciated!

Volunteer for Commencement!



It's just three weeks until over 3,000 graduates will be walking in UC Riverside's 55th Commencement. Tens of thousands of proud family members and friends will be on hand to celebrate with them, and UCR staff members, students, retirees and parents are invited to join the festivities.

We are still in need of staff and volunteers to work the following ceremonies: 

 

*	Friday, June 12, 2009, 6:00 p.m. - A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management 
*	Saturday, June 13, 2009, 6:00 p.m. - College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences and Division of Biomedical Sciences
*	Sunday, June 14, 2009, 8:00 a.m. - College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences Group 2 (Departments of Psychology, Sociology, Religious Studies, Women's Studies)
*	Monday, June 15, 2009, 8:00 a.m. - Graduate School of Education  

 

*	Monday, June 15, 6:00 p.m. - Bourns College of Engineering
