[Vcsa-announcements] Scheduled Maintenance for Thin Client users on 6/17/09

Dear All,

 

VCSA Technology services will be performing  routine maintenance on the thin client environment today  (06/17/2009) from 5:00pm - 5:45PM. This maintenance will have a limited impact to thin client users' desktop experience, and will not prevent users from accomplishing common tasks such as logging in to their desktops, using email, working with common Microsoft Office documents, and using the Internet.

 

During  the maintenance period from 5:00pm - 5:45pm, all software applications located in the start à"VCSA Programs" folder will be unavailable.  Below is a summarized list of the programs that will be unavailable during the maintenance period.  

 

All program in the startà"VCSA Programs" folder will be affected. Typical examples are:

 

-PPS

-SIS

-Firefox

-EMS Enterprise

-Rec Trac Live

-Microsoft Visio

-Microsoft Project
