[Vcsa-announcements] Seeking volunteers for HEAT!!!

Dear Colleagues,

 

We are looking for volunteers for this year's HEAT!!!!  

 

Saturday, February 7th

 

This year looks to be a good if not better event than last.  

 

There are two shifts:  

 

6:30pm to 10:00 and 9:30 to 1:00

 

We also need a couple of people in the afternoon beginning at 2:30 until 6:30.

 

We need more volunteers for the first shift.  We do have a very limited number of assignments that are indoors but will have break areas set up so that you can warm up as well as great food and hot coffee.

 

Please let us know if you would be willing to help and indicate your preferred shift.  We will also be giving Heat t-shirts this year instead of the hoodies so please let us know your size and remember to dress warmly.
