[Vcsa-announcements] Status Update

Dear All,

As you all are aware the recent flooding in Hinderaker has left VCSA Technology Services without a location to work on campus.  Currently, the majority of our staff is working from home and will continue to do so for the next week or two.  We have not yet relocated, but have obtained a space at Bannockburn and plan to have our relocation completed by the end of the month.

During this transition we appreciate your continued understanding and ask for your patience as we continue to work through these issues.  While it is our goal to maintain the same high level of service there may be times when we are not able to answer service requests as quickly as normal.  Also, since our staff remains off campus and are unavailable by phone we ask that you would submit all requests through the service request queue which can be found at http://www.help.ucr.edu/.
