Just a reminder that we need eight copies of each nomination, including job descriptions. The nomination form indicates to include the job description(s); however, you may need to expand the box in order to see the instruction.

As a reminder, I am resending the SRDP announcement, guidelines, and nomination form. All nominations for team or individual awards must be received by the Vice Chancellor's office by 5:00pm on Tuesday, April 15 as outlined below.

Dear Colleagues,
We are announcing the call for nominations for the Staff Recognition and Development Program (SRDP) for fiscal year 2007-08. The award period is June 23, 2007 through April 15, 2008. All non-represented career, limited and casual restricted employees, who have completed a probationary period are eligible to receive an award. In addition, all non-represented employees in an employment contract where eligibility is incorporated into the terms of the contract are eligible to receive an award.
Individual and team nominations can be made by anyone, but must be routed through the appropriate supervisor, department head, and Assistant Vice Chancellor before submitting to the Vice Chancellor's office for committee review. If you are nominating across departments, divisions, or organizations, please obtain appropriate signatures. Cross-organizational nominations will require approval from the appropriate control unit or Dean's office. Please contact them regarding their process.
The VCSA Guidelines and nomination form are attached, please review them carefully. Please submit eight sets (the original and 7 copies), 3-hole punched and double sided. (Note that when you open the form it may appear broken up on your screen, if you close the reading view it will appear normal.)
In addition, please confer with your appropriate AVC for any internal deadlines beyond what is indicated above.
Any questions can be addressed to myself or Seamew Simbulan.
The deadline to submit nominations to the Vice Chancellor's office for committee review is April 15, 2007.
