[Vcsa-announcements] Open Forum - Campus Activites Coordinator Search 7/17, 7/20, & 7/26

Hello Colleagues,

Student Life is conducting another search this July for a newly revised 
position within Student Life, the Campus Activities Coordinator 
position.  This is an important position to the department and to ASPB.  We 
would like you to join us and share your feedback on the candidates on one 
or all the following dates:

Monday, July 17, 2006 – 9:00a – 10:00a in Costo Upper A (located next to 
the Women’s Resource Center and across from the LGBT Recourse Center)
Thursday, July 20, 2006 – 9:00a – 10:00a in Costo Upper A
Wednesday, July 26, 2006 – 9:00a – 10:00a in Costo Upper A

The candidates have been asked to prepare a 10 – 15 minute presentation 
that would describe a campus-wide event they would like to bring to UCR or 
give an example of an event they have planned for another campus.  We will 
have a question and answer session immediately following the presentation.

Please remember to mark your calendars and join us for this important 
forum.  We will also have an evaluation form for you to fill out upon the 
conclusion of the presentation and forum, so be sure to bring a pen!
