[Vcsa-announcements] Upcoming Open Forums for the Coordinator, First Year Programs Search-Date Corrections

Hello Colleagues,

The members of the search committee for the position of Coordinator, 
First Year Programs are inviting three more candidates to campus on 
Monday, August 14th, 2006, Tuesday, August 15th, 2006, and Wednesday, 
August 16th, 2006.

As part of their interview process, the candidates will do a 10-15 
minute presentation on ideas that they have for starting up a "First 
Year Success" series at UCR. Their presentations will include how 
their ideas will best meet the current needs of first year students. 
After their presentation, we will open it up for Q&A.

These open presentations and forums will be taking place in the Upper 
Level Costo Meeting Room A (The lounge right off the Women's Resource 
Center) on Monday, August 14th, 2006 10:30am-11:30am, Tuesday, August 
15th, 2006 10:30am-11:30am and Wednesday, August 16th, 2006 4:00-5:00pm.

Please plan to attend if you can. Feel free to invite any members of 
your staff whom might also want to learn more about our candidates 
and provide feedback. There will be a candidate evaluation form for 
you to fill out upon the conclusion of the presentation and open forum.
