>I would like to recognize and thank Deb McCoy for her dedication and years 
>of service to the Center.  As you know, for the past several years she has 
>been wearing two hats, as the director of the Career and Campus Health 
>Centers, both of which are large units to manage.  Her willingness to 
>continue to assume dual responsibilities enabled us to get through the 
>difficult budgetary periods while ensuring the integrity and stability of 
>the two centers' operations.

>Randy is a native Southern Californian born in Long Beach.  He grew up and 
>attended public schools in Orange County, California.

>He has nearly 27 years of work experience and expertise in college level 
>career services.  His experience includes positions with Orange Coast, 
>Golden West, and Foothill Community Colleges and over 21 years with the 
>University of California at Irvine.  After 6 years in the UCI Career 
>Center, he was recruited by the Merage School of Business to create a 
>stand alone MBA Career Center.  Starting with a blank slate and limited 
>resources he designed and formed a top fifty ranked MBA Career Center 
>within 6 years.

>Under his leadership the UCI Merage School of Business MBA Career Center
