Dear Colleagues

I am sorry for the long delay in systems access training. We will have 
FERPA training, SIS training, and Student Data Warehouse Training on 
August 29,  on September 12, and again on October 10.

I expect the HR education website to reflect exact times and provide 
the sign up option shortly.

Anyone attending the SIS training training needs to have their UCRIBM 
account and SIS access established before attending a session. If you 
are in this category and do not yet have access, please follow the 
instructions at http://www.access-request.ucr.edu/ and contact me if 
you have any questions/problems.

Requests for access to the Date Warehouse Training must first be 
approved by the authorizing officer for any given unit. In the colleges 
and schools, this is the appropriate Student Affairs Manager or 
Director. In VCSA, it is the appropriate AVC.  Once your Student 
Affairs Manager, Director, or AVC has approved your request, they 
should forward it on to me prior to the training so that I can 
establish your account.

At this time, only basic SIS training is available. If you have a need 
for advanced training, please contact me to see what we can arrange.
