the SOE! This year, we are excited to introduce <strong><span style="font-family:"Georgia",serif">SOMOS SOE</span></strong>, a new initiative dedicated to fostering meaningful connections, supporting academic and professional growth, and advocating for equitable
practices that empower Latinx voices in education.
