It’s been just over a year since our lives were transformed by the pandemic, and now, as we head into spring, and our fifth remote quarter, I am feeling optimistic about the future, and inspired by our collective work together. This past week, the U.S. News & World Report<https://ucr.us16.list-manage.com/track/click?u=56d70dad2bc4603e5612002d9&id=719a4e093d&e=6536134a98> released their annual graduate school rankings, and I am proud to share that GSOE jumped 24 spots, putting us at No. 55. This recognition is a testament to our incredible faculty, students, staff, and alumni, and we're honored to be among the top education schools in the nation.

In the spirit of recognizing those who have thrived during these challenging times, we announced a new awards program intended to honor our alumni who are impacting the K-12 classroom and the students, families, and communities they serve.
