Dear colleagues,

The deadline to submit a proposal or Birds of a Feather topic for the 2025
UC Tech Annual Conference is fast-approaching. All submissions are due at
11:59 p.m. on Thursday, March 27.

   -

   Get started on your proposal by reviewing our Present at UC Tech 2025
   <https://uctech2025.ucr.edu/present-uc-tech-2025> page.
   -

   Check out our Speaker FAQs <https://uctech2025.ucr.edu/speaker-faqs> for
   questions about your chosen session format.
   -

   You can expect to receive an update on your proposal status in early
   April.
   -

   When you are ready, choose the appropriate submission method based on
   your presentation format, below.

Submit your proposal through the online submission form below.

To ensure an unbiased review, please remove any campus identifiers prior to
submission.
Birds of a Feather

Simply email your topic to uctech2025 at ucr.edu.

You do not need to complete a proposal or the online submission form.

Note that this year’s BOF meetings will be conducted as informal
discussions rather than planned presentations/agendas. Learn more about
