Dear colleagues,

This is a reminder to register for the 2025 UC Tech Annual Conference, to
be held from June 25-27 at UC Riverside The Barn/Stable and Riverside
Convention Center. The event will be in-person only, with no option for
hybrid or virtual attendance.

See the information below before you register, then click the "Register
Now" button to grab your seat!



Plan Your Trip

   The registration fee for this year’s conference is $300 and includes all
   three days of the in-person only event. Learn more about what is

   Travel and accommodation are not included in the registration fee, and
   will need to be secured separately. Choose a hotel within our discounted

Registration Process Clarification

   -

   Registration is a two-part process: the registration form on the UC Tech
   2025 website and the payment form on STOVA. To be fully registered, you
   must complete both forms. Please complete the entire registration
   process in one sitting to avoid any issues.
   -

      When you reach the end of the registration form, click the “Continue
      to Payment” button. You will be redirected to the payment form on
      STOVA. All attendees, including those who have received a complimentary
      registration code, must complete the payment form.
      -

      On the payment form landing page, click the “New Registration” button
      to finalize your payment. You will be asked to enter the same
email address
      that you entered in the registration form.
      -

   Once you complete the entire registration process (registration form and
   payment form), you will receive two emails: one confirming your
   registration and the other confirming your payment. See your registration
   confirmation email for instructions on how to modify your submitted
   registration form.
