Absence Management Summary Date Resolved the issue where postdoc balances were not carrying over in certain scenarios. 03/02/26 General Ledger Summary Date Funding Entry code fix to prevent duplication of Budget Ref number, ensuring N-OTC & Y_OTC rows are generated correctly. 03/02/26 Payroll and Compensation Summary Date Added the Final Pay Processing Calendars to the Processing Calendars Page. 02/27/26 Updates and Reminders: The regular UCPath maintenance schedule has changed for this weekend. UCPath will be unavailable during this timeframe. Maintenance Starts Maintenance Ends Saturday, March 7, 2026, 11:00 p.m. PST Sunday, March 8, 2026, 6:00 a.m. PDT March Release: UCPath will implement enhancements to the Absence Management module and Final Pay Process (for pilot locations) on March 8, 2026. Accrual Management (Phase 1) -This phase focuses on enhancing automation for mid-pay period leave accruals. It will accommodate changes in pay frequency, employment status, terminations, rehires, and transfers. Final Pay for Pilot Locations - The final pay requests for the pilot locations will transition from E-078 to the Final Pay Activity Guide. This change aims to improve processing and ensure compliance.
