Absence Management

Summary

Date
Combined multiple business units within the same SETID into a single file for submission to EverCheck  (I-102) which resolved the vendor limitation of only one file per location.

Did You Know? Having outdated employee or dependent addresses can affect access to care, claims payment, and plan enrollment.  Common errors include:

  *   Incorrect or missing suffix for street address,
  *   Apartment or unit number missing
  *   Incorrect zip code
  *   Not in the USPS Standardized format
  *   Same address for home and mailing fields
  *   Using copy/paste when entering address information

To review and/or correct an employee’s address within UCPath, please follow this navigation path:
Menu > Personal Information > Personal Summary > Addresses
For dependents, whose address is different than the employee’s address, follow this navigation path:
Menu > Benefits & Retirement > Health & Welfare Benefits > View My Dependents.
