Did You Know? Monitoring Job record end dates can help prevent unintended consequences such as termination, pay discrepancies, termination of benefits, system access interruptions or overpayments.
When the "Expected Job End Date," is reached, UCPath will terminate all employees whose jobs have expired and when the "End Job Automatically" box is selected. To avoid unintended impacts, it is recommended to run the following Cognos reports:
* Jobs with Approaching End Dates (R-103)
* Escalation/Reminder of Approaching Job End Dates (R-384)
Be sure to review the records that are scheduled for automatic termination.
Watch this video to learn how to run a Cognos report<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mjipZCI4-4>.
