UCPath recently implemented the changes listed below.
Cognos Report
Summary
Date
Updated the Document Manager and Reports To Audit (R-242) report to exclude completed and canceled evaluations. Additionally, a date parameter prompt labeled ‘Period End Date’ was added.

Payroll and Compensation
Summary
Date
Removed the ability for loan deductions to be taken from employees' paychecks, as they are now managed by Fidelity.

Salesforce
Summary
Date
Updated 14 service targets following UCPath Advisory Board approval to better align expectations with actual resolution time.

Workforce Administration
Summary
Date
Executed a script to update all Extended Absence transactions that were stuck in a Workflow status of Submitted, Sub Cancel, or Push Back, changing their status to Approved, Cancelled, or Denied.

Created a combined employee contact type that allows one contact to serve multiple purposes.
04/13/26
Did You Know: It is important to have a personal email address in UCPath.
* Upon separation, an email will be sent to the personal email address with registration instructions for the former employee portal
* During a leave of absence, UCPath may contact the employee about benefit premiums using the personal email address
* UCPath may use the personal email address to send UCRP buyback information
* New hire system notifications are also sent to the personal email address after benefit eligibility has been determined
Encourage new and existing employees to add or update their personal email address in UCPath
