Did You Know? When an employee updates their account number, in self-service direct deposit, there is an authorization process that must be completed with the bank. This includes situations where the employee re-enters the same account number.  If this authorization is not finalized before payroll confirmation, the employee may receive a paper check instead of direct deposit. It is also important for the employee to ensure that their home address is up to date.
